With the picturesque village of Odeceixe you have reached the Algarve region. A few kilometers away, your stage destination Aljezur awaits you. The small town shines with its whitewashed houses, which are lined up between a river up the slope to a former castle.

First, you will once again enjoy the incomparably beautiful view of the sea while cyclin. Soon you will reach the surfer's paradise Carrapateira, which lies in the middle of a magnificent dune landscape. The bike path continues to take you to Cabo de São Vicente, which many hundreds of years ago was considered the end of the world and marks the southwesternmost point of mainland Europe. Visit the lighthouse perched on a cliff before heading toward your destination of Sagres. At Praia do Tonel in the evening, you can not only watch the sunset, but look back on an exciting and impressive journey.
