The cycle tour from Constance to Interlaken begins with a day of exploration in the lively Lake Constance town of Constance. A visit to the flower island of Mainau and the historic old town is a worthwhile start. From there, the route continues along Untersee through idyllic villages to the picturesque old town of Stein am Rhein. Via Schaffhausen with the Munot fortress, you reach the imposing Rhine Falls - one of the highlights of the tour. The route continues to urban Zurich with its old town flair and Limmat promenade. Cycle along Lake Zurich to Rapperswil and take the comfortable train up to Einsiedeln. The famous monastery with the Black Madonna awaits you there. The next day, enjoy a varied stage through the Aegeri valley with fantastic panoramas on the cycle tour from Constance to Interlaken. The route continues past Lake Zug and Lake Lucerne to Lucerne. After a stop at Lake Sarnen, the train takes you over the Brünig Pass to Brienz. The last stage of the cycle tour from Constance to Interlaken runs along Lake Brienz into the Bernese Oberland. Interlaken marks the end of the journey with impressive views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

Day 1: Individual arrival in Constance

The arrival day of your cycle tour from Constance to Interlaken belongs entirely to the largest city on Lake Constance. A day on the flower island of Mainau with the butterfly house, the Italian water staircase and the numerous restaurants is certainly a highlight. If you don't have enough time, take a stroll through the old town with its beautiful harbor and cathedral. If you are not afraid to climb the 193 steps to the tower platform, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view over the city and Lake Constance.

Day 2: Constance – Schaffhausen, approx. 50 km

You cycle out of Constance, always along the shores of Untersee. You cycle through picturesque Swiss fishing villages to Stein am Rhein. Stroll through the pretty old town with its elaborately painted medieval houses. You follow the Rhine to Schaffhausen, sometimes on the German side, sometimes on the Swiss side. The town's landmark - the Munot fortress - can be seen from afar.

Day 3: Schaffhausen – Zurich, approx. 55 km + train ride or 70 km

Just a short distance by bike and another highlight awaits you on your cycle tour from Constance to Interlaken. Discover the Rhine Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in Europe, up close. Take a boat to the Rhine Falls rock, from where you can feel the power of the water (not included). Following the Glatt valley, you cycle to the fascinating cosmopolitan city of Zurich. After a stroll through the well-preserved old town, enjoy your time on the lively banks of the Limmat.

Day 4: Zurich – Einsiedeln, approx. 35 km + train ride

Leaving Zurich behind you, you cycle along the Gold Coast, as the northern shore of Lake Zurich is also known, to Rapperswil. Here you can see the imposing castle from afar. You cycle over the dam and then uphill. But don't worry - you don't have to pedal yourself here. The train will take you to Einsiedeln, the most visited place of pilgrimage in Switzerland. The Black Madonna in Einsiedeln Abbey attracts pilgrims and tourists from all over the world.

Day 5: Einsiedeln – Zug, approx. 55 km

Today's cycling stage offers a varied ride through the idyllic foothills of the Alps. The route takes you past Lake Sihl, over the Rothenthurm high moor and through the beautiful Ägerital valley. Impressive views, charming villages and well-maintained cycle paths await you along the way. The tour ends with a pleasant descent to Zug and a magnificent view of Lake Zug.

Day 6: Zug – Lucerne, approx. 35 km

Today's cycle tour from Constance to Interlaken takes you through the picturesque landscape of Central Switzerland with its rolling hills, lush meadows and impressive Alpine panorama. The route is mostly on well-maintained cycle paths and offers magnificent views of Lake Zug and later Lake Lucerne. Once you arrive in Lucerne, highlights such as the Chapel Bridge, the water tower and the lively old town await you.

Day 7: Lucerne – Interlaken, approx. 65 km + train ride

After leaving Lucerne behind you, you pass Lake Sarnen and reach the village of Giswil. Take the train over the Brünig Pass to Brienz. Cycle along the beautiful turquoise-colored Lake Brienz, lined with steep mountain slopes, to Interlaken in the heart of the Bernese Oberland. If you want to get up high, take a trip up the Harder Kulm, the town's local mountain. From the viewing platform, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the impressive mountains.
